Renown Rail Welding receiving certification as the first rail welding provider to gain WFCS in accordance with ISO 3834 Part 2

Pat Mulvihill, Managing Director of Renown Rail Welding is congratulated by Chris Eady, Chief Executive of TWI Certification Ltd on being the first rail welding provider to gain TWI CL, IIW and EWF certification to ISO 3834 Part 2 requirements for quality control of fusion welding. ISO 3834 places competence at the centre of welding quality, and Renown's achievement in gaining certification is affirmation of the quality of their people as well as their processes. The certificates attracted much interest from other providers at Railtex 2015.
